Thank you for shopping at Simply Made By LeeAnn, LLC. We are committed to providing high-quality, all-natural products and customer satisfaction. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. 

1. Returns 

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return: 

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. 
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided. 

Please note that perishable goods, personal care items, and customized products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons. 

2. Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved: 

• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within (5-10 business days). 
• Original shipping cost are non-refundable. 

Partial Refunds may be granted for: 

• Items not in their original condition 
• Products returned more than 20 days after delivery. 

3. Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrected. If you need an exchange, please contact us at (simplymade_hale@outlook.com) with your order number and details. 

4. Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

6. How to Start a Return

2.  Wait for return authorization and instructions. 
3. Ship the item back to the address provided.
